Our Terms of Business

Payment terms, credit periods and new customers
We will raise an invoice as soon as the work has been completed. Unless otherwise stated on your quotation/invoice, our standard terms of payment are 15 days – that is, payment should reach us within 15 calendar days of the date of the invoice. This 15 day period will be clearly marked on all our invoices. For new clients (ie. those for whom we have no prior credit history) we will invoice 50% of the expected final charges upfront and work will not commence until this amount has been received and fully cleared into our business account.

Late payment of invoices
We reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England reference rate in force on the date the debt becomes overdue and at any subsequent rate where the reference rate changes and the debt remains unpaid in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.
